Connect Groups
Be part of a community that “gets” you! Our Connect Groups are thoughtfully designed based on feedback from caregivers. We combine education in practical strategies with in-person support and mentoring. When you participate in a Connect Group, you gain an encouraging community of people who want to see you, and your family, thrive.
Please register ahead of time to receive meeting details. Groups will continue to be added. Please reach out if you are qualified to be a facilitator.
